About the Job:

The Cloud Solution Architecture role at the company involves acting as the voice of the customer and partner by leveraging insights from feedback tools and systems. This position includes identifying and translating customer problems into industry solutions, driving team members to enhance the customer experience with efficient delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering solutions aligned with the company's methodologies and ensuring operational excellence.
• Collaborating with customer and partner teams to enhance satisfaction and manage risks.
• Identifying new opportunities for Consumption, Usage, and Unified expansion that align with customer needs and the company's value propositions.
• Building relationships with technical decision-makers, facilitating a seamless bridge between technical and business sides of organizations.
• Contributing to the company’s innovation by leading virtual teams, sharing insights, and participating in community events.

Location: Saudi Arabia (Remote)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field with at least 4 years of experience in related areas.
• Preferred: 8+ years in similar roles or a Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role and on technical projects.
• Technical certification in cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google) is also preferred.
