The ideal candidate will possess hands-on project delivery experience in customer-facing environments and successfully lead technical security architecture discussions with high-level executives, Enterprise Security Architects, IT Management, and Developers. Your role will be to secure customers' technology estates and enable security for Azure and 365 workloads.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a Trusted Advisor, leading customers through secure AI and Security adoption.
- Architect and secure AI workloads while ensuring governance, identity, access, and observability.
- Conduct architecture/design sessions to drive secure-by-design implementations.
- Increase usage of 365 and Azure Security workloads and facilitate cloud migrations.
- Remove technical barriers during deployments and ensure operational health.
- Enhance customer security posture with scalable, resilient designs.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver comprehensive outcomes.
- Provide feedback to influence product roadmaps.
- Contribute to the CSA community and facilitate complex solution delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, cybersecurity, and IT consulting/support, or equivalent experience.
- In-depth understanding of the company's security technologies with hands-on experience deploying multiple security solutions, such as:
- Defender (e.g., Defender for Cloud, Defender XDR)
- Sentinel
- Entra (identity and access management)
- Purview (data security and compliance)
- Experience securing AI workloads, covering aspects like identity access control, data protection, threat detection, and incident response.
- Hands-on knowledge of agentic architectures, including AI agents and observability concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
- Understanding of Zero Trust principles and experience integrating security into CI/CD workflows.
- Relevant certifications a plus (e.g., SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, AI-900, AZ-500).

- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex AI security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to engage effectively with security architects and IT leadership.
