The Cloud Solution Architect at the company is responsible for proactively acting as the voice of the customer/partner and leveraging relevant insights from feedback tools and systems. - Collaboratively managing business and technical risks while complying with company guidelines.
- Engaging with customers/partners to identify gaps and opportunities for consumption and usage expansion.
- Leading virtual teams and leveraging market insights, both to execute on customer outcomes and to develop actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure operational excellence across all sales stages and activities.
- Collaborate with various teams to achieve customer objectives with a high degree of satisfaction.
- Actively listen and provide insights into industry trends to foster cloud success.
- Facilitate and support change management practices to drive long-term organizational adoption.
- Act as a mentor and engage in technical leadership within the team, enhancing technical readiness.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field AND 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or related fields, OR equivalent experience.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of experience, OR Master’s Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience.
- 4+ years working in customer-facing roles and technical projects.
- Technical Certification in Cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google).
