You will build structures and a culture that enables your team to leverage the expertise available in our internal technology engineering ecosystem, aiming to win and develop complex customer projects on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Additionally, you will establish business objectives, metrics, and plans to ensure that goals are attained.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage resources to collaborate with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams for designing and implementing solutions.
- Communicate business objectives, metrics, and plans to align with business strategy.
- Manage the implementation of solutions, ensuring successful deployments and providing guidance on code development and scripting.
- Oversee customer support from Proof of Concept (POC) through production deployment, including resource configuration and customer education/training.
- Engage in frequent interactions with C-level executives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with computer applications and tools.
- Ability to travel 50% internationally and domestically.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or relevant technical experience preferred.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field is highly desirable.
- 5+ years of relevant technical management experience, with at least 2 years in a second-level management role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in presenting technical information clearly.
- Knowledge of competitive and industry trends in computer applications and tools, along with expertise in project management and technical problem-solving.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
