Cloud Solution Director - KSA Market

This role involves leading a diverse organization of highly motivated cloud architect teams, focusing on customer success and technical cloud solutions. You will be responsible for inspiring and developing your teams while collaborating closely with sales leadership to achieve shared goals. Your key responsibilities include managing resources effectively, establishing business objectives, overseeing customer support from Proof of Concept to production deployment, and ensuring the implementation of best practices in customer engagement.

To succeed in this position, you should have a proven ability to mentor and motivate teams towards ambitious targets, a passion for technology, and experience in a technical sales or architecture environment. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills are essential, along with a thorough understanding of the Cloud marketplace and trends in the Middle Eastern region. Strategic planning capabilities and fluency in English are prerequisites; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
