About the Job
We are looking for someone who is passionate about driving customer success by acting as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. In this role, you will collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose suitable Oracle cloud solutions. You will conduct technical discovery sessions to gather detailed business and technical requirements, architect comprehensive cloud solutions that meet customer needs and align with industry best practices, and present and demonstrate Oracle cloud solutions to customers, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings.
You will create and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and solution documentation while staying updated on the latest cloud technologies by working closely with Oracle product management and engineering teams. Technical guidance during the sales cycle, including proofs of concept (POCs) and pilot projects, will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to deliver strategic insights to the sales team and customers, design and deliver enterprise cloud architecture that articulates business value, and lead cross-functional Oracle teams to help customers implement and govern enterprise cloud architecture and solutions on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in customer engagements to collaboratively design and implement solutions.
- Work directly with customers to gather requirements and develop architectures that translate business needs into solutions.
- Implement solutions and ensure successful deployments through code development and scripting.
- Provide customized presentation demonstrations to customers and at conferences and events.
- Support customers from Proof of Concept (POC) to production deployment of services via resource configuration, planning, and customer education/training.
- Create and distribute technical assets, such as white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations.
- Serve as a technical point of contact for customers and sales regarding technical cloud solutions and customer success.
Key Qualifications & Competencies
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 6 years of experience in technology and industry, with significant experience working with public cloud platforms.
- Proven experience as a Cloud Architect or in a customer-facing role such as Pre-Sales Solution Architect, focusing on enterprise cloud solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking about business and technical challenges.
- Deep understanding of cloud computing concepts, architectures, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Relevant hyperscaler cloud certifications.
- Experience or strong familiarity with cloud implementation and adoption cycles.
- Knowledge of Open source, Cloud native, and Oracle technologies.
- Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
