Responsibilities
- Participate in customer engagements to collaboratively design and implement solutions.
- Work directly with customers to gather requirements, develop architectures, and translate business needs into effective solutions.
- Implement solutions and ensure successful deployments through code development and scripting.
- Demonstrate product and application understanding via customized presentations for customers at conferences and events.
- Support customers from the Proof of Concept (POC) stage through to production deployment, involving resource configuration, planning, and customer education/training.
- Create and distribute technical assets, including white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations.
- Serve as a technical point of contact for customers and sales regarding technical cloud solutions and customer success.
- Continue to build business and technical acumen.
