Your primary responsibilities will include managing resources that work alongside customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design and implement cloud solutions. You will establish business objectives, metrics, and plans to ensure attainment. You will execute strategies, offer guidance, and provide specialist knowledge on Oracle cloud solutions and technology. The role involves overseeing the implementation of solutions, ensuring successful deployments, and directing code development and scripting. Additionally, you will support customers from Proof of Concept (POC) through production deployment, resource configuration, planning, and customer education/training.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership skills; ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams toward ambitious goals.
- Passion for technology with experience in a sales consulting, technical architecture, or technical sales environment.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Broad knowledge of industry trends, particularly within the Middle East region.
- Ability to articulate the business value and benefits of various technology solutions in terms of total cost of ownership (TCO) and return on investment (ROI).
- Strong strategic planning capabilities with a focus on driving market penetration and growth.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is a prerequisite; knowledge of Arabic would be a strong advantage.
