As a Cloud Solution Manager, you will grow, develop, inspire, and lead a diverse organization of highly motivated, high-performing, and customer-centric cloud architect teams. You will provide leadership on technical cloud solutions and customer success, defining and implementing best practices in customer engagement. Your role involves close collaboration with sales leadership to achieve common goals, building structures and a culture to leverage available expertise in our diverse internal technology engineering ecosystem, and ensuring the successful execution of complex and demanding customer projects and workloads on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Manage resources working with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design and implement cloud solutions.
- Establish business objectives, metrics, and plans to ensure attainment.
- Execute on strategy, providing guidance and direction on Oracle cloud solutions and technology.
- Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring successful deployments, and direct code development and scripting.
- Support customers from Proof of Concept (POC) through production deployment, including resource configuration, planning, and customer education/training.
- Identify gaps and enhancements to influence engineering roadmaps for customer-driven features.
- Maintain expertise by staying current on emerging technologies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a related field.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the capability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth understanding of the Cloud marketplace and technology solutions.
- Strong strategic planning capabilities focused on market penetration and growth.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
