Position

The Cloud Adoption Sr. Manager will lead a team of Cloud Adoption representatives covering Saudi Arabia. You will report to the Regional Cloud Adoption Leader and should demonstrate managerial skills, including developing enduring client relationships as a trusted advisor, coaching and developing your team to excel, shaping the team through active involvement in recruiting, people development, and engagement programs, and collaborating with colleagues to create thought leadership and enhance service delivery in the market. Your team will work to maximize the usage and growth of Oracle Cloud while ensuring a robust customer experience throughout the cloud adoption lifecycle.

Typical Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer activation to rapidly achieve initial usage.
  • Focus on onboarding new cloud customers and workloads.
  • Provide best practice guidance and relevant knowledge to customers.
  • Manage and continuously review the customer’s Adoption Plan.
  • Assess customer churn risk and develop a mitigation strategy.
  • Facilitate Go Live Assurance for customers.
  • Share industry-specific best practices and facilitate connections with relevant Oracle activities.
  • Identify structural issues affecting customer use of Oracle Cloud and collaborate with relevant teams for resolution.
  • Act as a customer advocate for product features and requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in Technology Customer Engagement (TCE) roles with a track record of successful customer interactions.
  • Strong networking abilities and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating across diverse regions and cultures.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with various levels of management.
  • Leadership qualities to inspire and develop professionals while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Knowledge of cloud market trends and their impact on different industries.
