Cluster Head - Digital Customer Journeys

As Delivery Head, Advanced Analytics CoE, the candidate will be responsible for NeoX cross squad Analytics & AI/ML deliveries (Advanced Analytics CoE horizontal across NeoX) using agile methods in a fast-paced environment. The role involves delivering Advanced Analytics CoE - AI/ML use cases across multiple business divisions and processes, including HR, Finance, Compliance, Operations, and Treasury. Key responsibilities include creating a Factory Model for Advanced Analytics, AI/ML deliveries, managing multiple delivery teams/squad management with resource optimization, and coordinating with NeoX squads and application technology teams to support delivery.

Requirements

• Managing multiple stakeholders with an effective engagement plan
• Planning, leading, organizing, and motivating agile teams across AA CoE to achieve high performance and quality
• Ensuring governance of processes and adherence to proposed solutions
• Playing a pivotal role in selecting the right AI/ML solutions and vendors to achieve the AA CoE RoadMap
• Planning and managing headcount and budget efficiently
