Responsibilities

Design and architect Retail Banking Workflow Management Systems.
Develop and implement solutions for customer onboarding, servicing, lending, payments, cards, compliance, and other retail banking workflow processes.
Drive the continuous transformation of existing systems to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Requirements

Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, BPM platforms, and APIs.
Proficiency in cloud-native technologies.
Extensive experience in Retail Banking Operations and digital product delivery.
