Cluster Sales Manager - DHRM

About the Role
The Cluster Sales Manager plays a vital role within the sales team, reporting to the Senior Sales Manager/Senior Director of Revenue & Sales. This position is focused on prospecting and selling individual accounts for the company Hospitality, ensuring that sales quotas are met and that sales activities are aligned with the Marketing Plan to maximize revenue per available room.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively pursue, evaluate, solicit, sell, and confirm business to meet individual and budgeted sales targets.
• Solicit and service corporate accounts to generate consistent revenue.
• Follow up on all leads, maintain strong relationships, and convert opportunities into bookings.
• Develop and maintain individual account plans for top accounts to maximize production.
• Create data-driven programs and alternative proposals that meet client needs.
• Conduct research to identify frequent business travellers and coordinate operational and marketing aspects of their programs.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers.
• Make telephone and personal sales calls to nurture and close accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales commitments.
• Achieve and exceed sales quotas and profitability goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Sales Manager with a clear understanding of the market.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding individual sales goals.
• Understanding of corporate market dynamics.
• Bachelor's degree (4-year) in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing.
• Relevant experience working in Dubai.
• Strong communication skills.
• Highly motivated with strong organizational abilities.
