The Cluster Sales Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Director of Sales to drive revenue across the portfolio. This position focuses on developing corporate, government, MICE, and key account business, maintaining strategic relationships, generating new opportunities, negotiating commercial agreements, and ensuring the achievement of sales objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Sales in implementing the overall sales strategy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with government entities, corporate accounts, embassies, associations, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, networking events, and site inspections.
- Negotiate corporate and government agreements in line with company objectives.
- Prepare sales action plans, account plans, and business development activities.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
- Coordinate with Reservations, Revenue, and Operations to ensure smooth execution of business.
- Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
- Represent the portfolio at exhibitions, roadshows, and industry events.
- Support the Director of Sales with strategic projects and commercial initiatives.
- Ensure exceptional client service to maximize repeat business.
Human Resources Management
- Coach and support Sales Executives.
- Identify training needs and recommend development opportunities to the Director of Sales.
- Promote teamwork and accountability within the sales function.
Laws, Regulations and Policies
- Ensure the portfolio follows all applicable laws in UAE.
- Ensure Support office assists in delivering quality guest services within departmental and standards and guidelines.
- Maintain the standards required by Law and Management.
Miscellaneous
- Attend meetings as required by the Director of Sales.
- Perform other sales-related duties assigned by management.
- Maintain flexibility to support business requirements across all properties.
- Assist colleagues in performing similar or related jobs when necessary.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to their requests and inquiries courteously and efficiently.
- Accept flexible work schedule necessary for uninterrupted service to guests.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized working area, including reporting defective materials and equipment to the Director of Sales.
- Continuously seek to improve the department’s operations and personal knowledge of the job function.
