YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set and drive the overall commercial strategy and business plan for the venture across both residential and commercial segments.
- Maintain and expand the company's licensing and regulatory standing in Saudi Arabia as the venture scales into new segments and products.
- Build and lead business development, securing distribution partnerships with landlords, real estate platforms, employers, and HR SaaS providers.
- Leverage an existing network of real estate developers, brokers, and agents in residential and commercial sectors to drive early adoption and deal flow.
- Structure and negotiate financing partnerships, utilizing your expertise in both business and retail (consumer) financing.
- Own fundraising for the venture and represent it to investors, partners, and regulators.
- Build out the commercial, operations, and compliance functions as the venture scales.
- Collaborate closely with the CTO on product priorities to ensure the platform aligns with real market and regulatory realities.
YOUR PROFILE: You are likely to be a fit if you…
- Have a strong track record as an operator in real estate, proptech, or a related business development role.
- Demonstrate the ability to navigate real estate regulations in Saudi Arabia effectively.
- Bring a well-established network of real estate brokers and agents to activate for the venture.
- Have a solid understanding of financing, with exposure to both business/SME (commercial) and retail (consumer) financing structures.
- Possess experience in negotiating and closing partnerships, ideally in real estate, fintech, or financial services.
- Have excellent communication skills with landlords, brokers, regulators, and investors.
- Are currently based in or willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
BONUS: Existing relationships with regulators or licensing bodies relevant to real estate or consumer financing in Saudi Arabia.

- Within the first year: Develop the commercial, operations, and compliance functions needed as the venture grows beyond the founding team.
