ABOUT THE ROLE
As Coating Advisor in our Technical Service team, you will provide professional technical advice to our customers through on-site support on paint application and inspections to ensure that the coating specification is met, and the job is completed according to the contract and the customer’s satisfaction. This position is based in Dubai and reports to the Technical Service Team Leader.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Advising customers, contractors, and applicators on surface preparation and paint application.
  • Conducting coating inspections and providing advisory support.
  • Monitoring projects to ensure compliance with specifications and quality requirements.
  • Preparing technical inspection reports and project documentation.
  • Troubleshooting coating-related challenges and recommending practical solutions.
  • Supporting sales colleagues with technical expertise before, during, and after project execution.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring that all work is carried out in line with the company's HSE standards and procedures.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
Qualifications:

  • Experience within paints and coatings, corrosion protection, offshore, and infrastructure projects.
  • Preferably with experience in PFP or Intumescent coatings.
  • NACE level II or FROSIO Level 3 certification.
  • Fluency in English - both verbal and written.
  • Marine projects and associated reporting experience is an advantage.
  • Valid driving license (UAE preferable).
  • Availability to travel abroad based on project needs.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in relevant field.
