Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of the organization's products or services and effectively positions offerings to potential clients.
  • Researches and identifies potential leads, initiates contact, and nurtures relationships to advance them through the sales funnel.
  • Establishes professional and consultative relationships with clients, including C-level executives, by thoroughly understanding their unique business needs.
  • Collaborates with product experts and engineers to design customized solutions for client requirements.
  • Focuses on growing contract renewals for mid-to-large accounts, emphasizing higher total contract value.
  • Engages in negotiations with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements by addressing objections and negotiating contract terms and pricing.
  • Conducts in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities, providing insights to internal teams for sales strategy development.
  • Gathers and communicates client feedback to assist in refining existing offerings and guiding new product development.
  • Monitors sales metrics and KPIs, assessing individual and team performance by tracking conversion rates, sales pipeline, and revenue targets.

Education & Experience:

  • Recommended: Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically requires 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in technical selling, consultative selling, account management, or a related field.
