The company is a strategic design and innovation studio that collaborates with leaders across the Middle East and Europe to shape long-term futures in complex and rapidly changing environments. Our work spans strategy, design, architecture, and technology, delivered through three interconnected practices—Academy, Space, and 360—anchored by a Creative Hub in Dubai's Emirates Towers.
Who We're Looking For
- Service Designers: Proficient in journey mapping, service blueprints, prototyping, and operational realities. Experience in public-sector, education, and community-facing work is a plus.
- UX/UI Designers: Skilled product designers with a background in research, IA, interaction, and interface design. We value real, shipped work over polished case-study visuals.
- Community Designers: Specialists in designing community programs, rituals, and engagement models who focus on building the audience rather than just the products.
- Strategy & Business Design Experts: Strategists who can translate user insights into business models, positioning, and roadmaps. Comfortable with ambiguity and client interactions.
- Copywriters: Proficient in brand, UX, and long-form writing, as well as sharp short-form content. Bilingual writers (English, Arabic, or both) are especially welcome.
- Video Production: Directors, DPs, editors, and motion designers for brand films, documentary-style case studies, and social-first formats.
- Web Development: Front-end and full-stack developers familiar with modern technology stacks (React/Next, headless CMS, Webflow for lighter builds). Clean hand-offs with designers are crucial.

The company 360 focuses on designing integrated experience systems that make transformation tangible by linking strategy to behavior across various touchpoints—physical, digital, and human. A single brief here might involve elements such as a service blueprint, a brand launch, a website build, and a community rollout all within the same month. We seek collaborators who possess the craft, range, and point of view necessary to operate at this intersection.
How We Work with Collaborators
Engagements are project-based, primarily delivered for clients located in the UAE or KSA. Working arrangements can be remote, hybrid, or on-site, depending on the project brief. Collaborators will work alongside our in-house team rather than in place of it. We treat our collaborators as extensions of our team, providing thorough briefs and ensuring that they receive appropriate credit and support.
Who Should Apply
- Freelancers or individuals set up to invoice as such
- Located in the UAE or KSA, or have a record of regional delivery
- Able to deliver work in Arabic, English, or both—please indicate your language capabilities
- Comfortable working in multicultural environments, particularly in Arabic-speaking contexts
