Collection MIS & Systems Manager

The Collection MIS & Systems Manager will manage a team to develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) and systems that meet departmental requirements. This role involves recommending and implementing new system developments to enhance productivity and efficiency. The manager will also coordinate with IT for various collection projects and system enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and maintenance of MIS and systems to ensure departmental needs are met.
• Analyze portfolio performance using data to inform strategic decisions and minimize credit losses.
• Produce and enhance MIS reports to communicate departmental performance and track collections and recoveries.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address high delinquency and optimize collections strategies.
• Lead initiatives for the digitalization of collection systems and automate workflow processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a collections or continuous improvement function.
• University Degree and working knowledge of project management best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, SAS, Excel, and Access.
• Strong documentation skills and knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Candidate Profile
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the banking industry, with a background in MIS roles, business analysis, and a data-driven environment.
