Collections Advisor

About the Role
As a Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and recovering overdue payments from customers in the UAE market. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to persuade, cultural awareness, and professionalism in handling customers across diverse nationalities.

Your Responsibilities

• Attempt 300-350 calls on a daily basis.
• Contact customers via all available channels such as calls, WhatsApp, and email to remind them of outstanding payments.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and update CRM systems in real-time.
• Escalate unresolved or high-risk cases to the team lead or concerned departments.
• Ensure all communications are compliant with CBUAE collection guidelines and internal policies.
• Meet daily and monthly collection targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
• Work according to defined collection shifts starting as early as 8:00 AM KSA time.
• Be comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Your Expertise

• Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–2 years of experience in debt collection, customer service, or telecalling roles.
• Good understanding of collection tactics to persuade customers.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory; proficiency in Hindi, Urdu, or Filipino is preferred.
• Strong convincing, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and dialer systems is preferred.
• Strong understanding of MS Excel is a plus.
