Job Purpose: The Command Center Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing critical operational activities across all IT domains, including network, systems, and applications. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient and seamless operation of IT services by monitoring, coordinating responses during incidents, and managing day-to-day IT operations. Responsibilities: - Monitor and maintain system and network portals daily. - Act as a key member of the incident response team to reduce Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR). - Ensure timely updates for all open incidents and track their progress until resolution. - Monitor the health of the company’s entire infrastructure and applications across all regions. - Perform L1 troubleshooting for application-related issues. - Facilitate scheduled system maintenance windows in compliance with SAMA regulations. - Monitor and maintain the status of Wi-Fi networks for the company Head Office and SolarWinds systems. - Update and maintain entry logs for all the company data centers. - Add bulk serial numbers into the Terminal Management System (TMS) as new batches are received from the supply chain. - Reset, unlock, disable, or enable user accounts and troubleshoot VPN login issues. - Add reservations in DHCP to manage IP addresses efficiently. - Ensure the proper functioning of CCTV systems. Qualifications: - 1-3 years of experience. - Good understanding of English. - Minimum degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Flexible to work in shifts. - Fin-tech background is required for prior experience. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage conflicts effectively.
