About Role

The role involves developing deep expertise in Commerce Cloud, staying updated on industry trends, and building relationships with stakeholders to support the go-to-market strategy for Commerce. Key responsibilities include direct customer engagements, one-to-many customer sessions, internal education, and asset creation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS solutions and web technology
• Passion for commerce solutions and technology
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in e-commerce vendor landscape
• Additional experience with Salesforce B2B/B2C Commerce
• Affinity with HTML, CSS, API, and Java
• Experience in e-commerce industries
• Salesforce Certifications
