About the role
You will be responsible for monitoring day-to-day vendor and contractor performance against established service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring all operational, financial, and safety documentation aligns with current legal regulations and company policies.
- Managing purchase orders, tracking contract spend, and assisting with tender or market-testing processes.
- Leading regular performance review meetings with external contractors and internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
