Commercial Data Analyst

In this role, you will strengthen commercial teams' ability to navigate through data, enabling them to make actionable data-driven decisions!

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain comprehensive internal reports and dashboards for the commercial team to monitor and identify opportunities for our partners;
• Act as a commercial business partner and advisor for the commercial team on data related to promos and ads;
• Present results in a well-structured, efficient, and clear manner;
• Ensure high data quality standards by maintaining accuracy and consistency across internal dashboards;
• Continuously provide recommendations on existing and new metric definitions;
• Monitor daily, weekly, monthly KPIs and landscape, and collect relevant insights to help the commercial teams deliver the country's commercial strategy;
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and draw conclusions related to profitability, orders, active promotions, etc.;
• Standardize processes and reporting for enhanced efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or any related field;
• At least 1 year of experience with SQL (Python is a plus);
• Good usage and knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel;
• Strong proficiency in English and Romanian;
• Good presentation skills and ability to work independently but also in departmental and cross-departmental projects;
• Business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management;
• Critical reasoning;
• Capability of bridging analytical and communication skills for added-value impact;
• Comfortable in tracking/reporting on KPIs and dashboards;
• Hands-on attitude.
