Commercial & Money Movement Solutions (CMS) represents a key strategic growth area for Visa, as it expands beyond core consumer card payments (C2B) and into broader money movement flows among individuals, businesses, and governments. The CMS Consulting Implementation Services Director will be part of the CEMEA Visa Consulting and Analytics team (VCA) which delivers high impact consulting, analytics, and data science projects to our clients. This role focuses on executing CMS strategies, driving end-to-end product launches, and managing technical integrations within banking environments to accelerate adoption and usage.

Responsibilities
- Lead VCA's CMS implementation work across CEMEA including platform development, clients management, business development, and projects delivery.
- Lead product launches from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client objectives, including managing programs overseeing technical integrations with banking systems, including core banking platforms, APIs, and third-party services.
- Develop clear platform KPIs and outcomes, track implementation against these defined KPIs, focusing on product launches, product sales, and acceleration of product usage.
- In coordination with Country Managers and Account Executives, develop plans for consulting activity and Go-To-Market plans in the sphere of CMS.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies for CEMEA-wide CMS product launch and sales acceleration programs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders during implementation phases.
- Monitor post-launch performance and drive continuous improvements.
- Lead client workshops and discussions focused on implementation readiness and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with Visa Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure successful delivery and measurable impact.
- Develop project pitches/proposals and secure new consulting implementation assignments with clients, as well as re-engagement opportunities via a consultative sales approach.
- Continue to evolve the offering based on a detailed understanding of the objectives, challenges, and support needs of CEMEA clients.
- If required, work on client site to design and project manage the implementation of consulting recommendations, marketing campaigns, product value propositions, product migrations, etc.
- Resolve clients’ complex strategic problems, synthesizing complex questions and ambiguous client situations as required.
- Lead client discussions, including introductory workshops on CMS topics, support pitches, projects scoping, etc.
- Lead knowledge sharing initiatives with consulting teams in other regions to incorporate best practices and source analytical or other solutions to bring a global perspective to local clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 10 years of overall work experience including mandatory solid (at least 5 years) consulting experience in a primary strategy or management consulting firm.
- Additional experience in Small Business or Corporate Banks, Strategy or business Functions would be a plus, as well as in primary players active in the B2B money movement space.
- Solid consulting skills and client engagement capabilities, including advanced client contact, public speaking skills, and advanced skills in using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Combination of regional and global experience is also desired; previous work experience across multiple key CISSEE countries (Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Serbia) would be a differentiating factor.
- Strong track record of delivering complex strategy projects for large clients and leading strategy engagements end-to-end.
- Proficiency with Generative and Agentic AI in terms of trends, use cases, and personal use of the tools is required.
- Diplomatic skills to work in a multifunctional environment and ability to extract desired outcomes.
- Comfortable interacting with and presenting to senior management of clients and VISA.
- Relationship management skills, with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders at senior levels.
- Results-driven, flexible, and both internally and externally customer-focused.
- Self-motivated and able to use own initiative with limited direction.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary groups.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory; Fluency in Ukrainian or Azerbaijani would be a plus.
