You‘ll Make an Impact By:

• Financial Planning & Controlling – Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning; consolidate regional financial results and analyze performance and deviations against targets.
• Reporting & Analysis – Prepare periodic and ad-hoc financial and management reports, dashboards, and corporate tool submissions, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely delivery of financial and business KPIs.
• Commercial Risk Management – Perform required commercial and customer risk checks, including margin and credit analysis; coordinate Bank Guarantees and Letters of Credit and support compliance with internal approval and governance requirements.
• Sales & Bid Support – Support Sales throughout the sales lifecycle, commercial calculations support, margin analysis, and bid/tender documentation collection.
• Sales Administration – Manage customer creation and master data, credit-rating activities, entry/order booking for manual sales orders, customer invoicing, and related commercial documentation.
• Commercial Operations – Support accounts receivable and cash collection, internal billing and cost transfers, and coordination with Finance, Sales, Logistics, and Project Management.
• Processes, Systems & Continuous Improvement – Ensure effective implementation of financial and commercial processes and controls, maintain data quality and system housekeeping in SAP and other business applications, and contribute to process improvement, standardization, and digitalization initiatives.

Your Success is Grounded In:

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in commercial sales support, commercial finance, controlling, accounting, project commercial management, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Good practical knowledge of SAP, including familiarity with Controlling and Logistics-related modules/processes, sales orders, and project-related transactions.
• Experience with Power BI and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good understanding of financial planning, forecasting, reporting, controlling principles, and corporate governance.
• Familiarity with basic principles of project handling and project management would be considered an advantage.
• Understanding of commercial risk management, customer credit management, and sales-related commercial processes.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret financial and commercial information with a structured, accurate, and results-oriented approach.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities combined with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures, functions, countries, and regions.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
