Commercial Portfolio Lead - Senior Manager

In this position, you will contribute significantly to the firm’s Tech and AI ambition, acting as the business-facing lead to convert priority opportunities into measurable commercial outcomes. Your work will support a wide range of strategic initiatives that reshape the firm’s service offerings and enable the development of innovative solutions that enhance client value.

How You’ll Contribute
As a Commercial Portfolio Lead, you will:

• Operate end-to-end as the lead for converting priority Tech & AI opportunities into measurable commercial outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Lines of Service (LoS) and Internal Firm Services (IFS) leaders to identify, shape, and challenge high-value opportunities aligned with the company's Tech and AI ambition.
• Advance three pillars and growth plays:
  • Reinventing the Lines of Service by reimagining service line value propositions in an AI-first ecosystem.
  • Driving value creation through the development of new offerings and enhancing existing service offerings enabled by tech and AI.
  • Delivering IFS/Client Zero business solutions and developing case studies for joint go-to-market strategies with Alliance partners.
• Translate business demand into opportunity statements, credible value cases, and practical activation plans.
• Share ownership for outcomes with LoS and IFS leaders, ensuring that opportunities are connected to ROI, growth, efficiency, or operational value.
• Employ commercial, change, and workflow design thinking to create scalable and adoptable solutions.
• Evaluate technical options constructively to ensure that proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Maintain a feedback loop with the Centre of Excellence and product teams to identify reusable patterns and opportunities for improvement.
• Look for opportunities to leverage assets, solutions, and approaches across LoS and IFS to strengthen the enterprise AI portfolio.
• Drive clarity across roles and decision points to ensure opportunities progress efficiently, maintaining strong ownership.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: Senior Manager level experience with a strong track record in shaping commercial or product portfolios and driving transformation initiatives.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, technology, strategy, innovation, finance, or operations.
• Designations & Certifications: Professional qualifications or recognized certifications in strategy, innovation, AI/digital transformation, product leadership, or change management are advantageous.
• Technical Skills: Understanding of Tech, AI, automation, data, and digital transformation. Familiarity with technology delivery lifecycles and workflow design is essential.
• Soft Skills: Strong commercial judgement, executive presence, ability to prioritize, structured problem solving, and excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in written and verbal English communication is required; Arabic or other regional language skills are a plus.
• Travel Requirements: Flexibility to travel regularly as required, potentially resulting in overnight stays away from your base office. Preferences will be considered when possible.
