This role, based in Dubai, UAE, is designed as ‘Hybrid’, with an expectation to work on average 2 days per week from an office. As a Commercial/Mid-Market Account Manager, you will manage one or several larger accounts or act as the account lead for a substantial part of a top account. Your responsibilities will include understanding the customer’s IT and business objectives, priorities, requirements, and challenges, while adding value by implementing the company’s strategy. You will drive business performance for all the company business units and manage the portfolio mix to optimize profitability of the account.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a connection between the customer's business priorities and the plan to support those with the company's portfolio.
  • Influence the customer's decision makers by describing the value of the company's solutions and their relevance to the customer's priorities.
  • Engage with the customer to identify opportunities and translate their business challenges and goals into IT opportunities.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for short and mid-term success, driving deals to closure through a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Develop a basic overview of the partner landscape in relation to the account.
  • Build and execute basic account business plans for defined accounts, focused on tactical plans within the fiscal year.

Education and Experience:

  • University or Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 2-5+ years sales experience.
  • Experience in the IT industry preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:
