Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is a MUST.
- Minimum of 18 years of relevant experience in commissioning/operation readiness, preferably within the GCC region.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects, with a preference for commissioning sour gas, hydrogen production, and hydro-desulfurization projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Licensors and Vendors to ensure monitoring of commissioning activities are in alignment with their guiding procedures.
- Responsible for overseeing the progress of commissioning activities in the sales gas and condensate area.
- Review pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures thoroughly.
- Provide advice and support to the Sr. Commissioning Manager.
- Review commissioning manuals issued by EPC Contractors or Vendors.
- Verify mechanical completion certificate requirements for various systems and subsystems.
- Participate in commissioning and related meetings.
- Engage in troubleshooting analysis to resolve commissioning obstacles.
- Verify the readiness of systems/subsystems for MC (Mechanical Completion) and RFSU (Ready for Start-Up) certificate issuance.
- Monitor and approve the closeout of punch lists within the assigned area.
- Ensure that completion and handover methodologies comply with relevant contractual documents.
