What You'll Do
- Own and develop the CEO's LinkedIn presence by creating engaging, relevant, and original content.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to build their personal brands and share their insights.
- Write compelling social media posts, articles, announcements, and thought leadership pieces.
- Transform conversations, business updates, and industry trends into interesting, shareable stories.
- Develop content calendars and manage the planning, creation, and publishing of content.
- Create engaging visual content using tools like Canva and other creative platforms.
- Support broader company communications, campaigns, and PR activities.
- Track content performance and identify opportunities for enhancing engagement and reach.
- Stay updated on social media trends and contribute new ideas to our content strategy.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, communications, or a related field.
- Exceptional writing skills; capable of writing clearly, creatively, and with personality.
- A strong understanding of LinkedIn and the elements that make professional content compelling.
- A natural storyteller who can simplify complex topics and make them interesting.
- Strong attention to detail and an excellent command of English.
- A creative eye along with experience using content creation tools such as Canva.
- A proactive, curious individual comfortable working directly with senior leaders.
- An interest in business, technology, fintech, or entrepreneurship.
