Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organise, and execute community events, workshops, and meetups.
  • Build strong relationships with the company users, partners, and industry communities.
  • Develop and manage online and offline community engagement strategies.
  • Create content that drives engagement and positions the company as a thought leader.
  • Monitor community conversations and share insights with internal teams.
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Product, and Sales to support community-driven initiatives.
  • Manage community platforms and communication channels for consistent, meaningful interactions.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in community management, events, or marketing, ideally within SaaS and/or Fintech.
  • Experience planning and executing events end-to-end.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for community building.
  • Startup experience is a plus.
