Responsibilities:
- Plan, organise, and execute community events, workshops, and meetups.
- Build strong relationships with the company users, partners, and industry communities.
- Develop and manage online and offline community engagement strategies.
- Create content that drives engagement and positions the company as a thought leader.
- Monitor community conversations and share insights with internal teams.
- Collaborate across Marketing, Product, and Sales to support community-driven initiatives.
- Manage community platforms and communication channels for consistent, meaningful interactions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in community management, events, or marketing, ideally within SaaS and/or Fintech.
- Experience planning and executing events end-to-end.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships.
- Creative mindset with a passion for community building.
- Startup experience is a plus.
