Responsibilities
- Manage and organise online and offline Binance communities and meet-ups across the MENA region, focusing on our UAE and MENA markets.
- Engage with our community on social media, creating content to build and maintain relationships.
- Assist with Binance Angels recruitment and relationship management.
- Promote the Binance brand and provide excellent customer service to community members.
- Create, translate, and proofread community-related content for Binance in Arabic, English & French.
- Explore new community-friendly platforms to expand the local user base and awareness.
- Moderate regional Binance social media platforms and chat groups, interacting with the community to increase positive engagement.
- Share market and user feedback and suggestions with relevant functional teams.
Requirements
- Crypto & Binance enthusiast with experience using Binance products & services (Spot, Margin, Futures, P2P, Binance NFT, etc.).
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain terms and trends, along with a strong interest in crypto culture (Blockchain, Wallets, DeFi, Web3, NFT, etc.).
- Experience creating and curating social media content.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, Telegram, and Discord for community engagement.
- Experience establishing KPIs, delivering reports, and empowering others to achieve targets.
- Proven community or event management experience with strong ownership and emotional intelligence.
- Experience launching community initiatives (e.g., building online forums, starting ambassador programs, event series, and writing newsletters).
- Ability to work flexible hours to interact frequently with the crypto community.
- Fluency in English & Arabic is a must.
