About the Role
As Community Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day site supervision across a residential or mixed-use community in Musqat, with a strong focus on safety, security, and visible presence. You will lead frontline staff, organize patrol coverage, and ensure incidents are handled calmly and recorded correctly. This is an onsite role based at the company's premises. Your work will help maintain order across the community through consistent standards on patrols, parking enforcement, lost property, and reporting of suspicious activity.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach onsite staff to follow post orders, escalation routes, and expected conduct standards.
- Plan daily patrol coverage across buildings, common areas, and car parks to maintain visible control.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify HSE risks, damage, hazards, and access issues.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating first response actions until support arrives.
- Prepare clear incident reports with timelines, statements, evidence details, and follow-up actions taken.
- Investigate and document reports of suspicious activity, then escalate appropriately through agreed channels.
- Manage lost-property intake, logging, secure storage, and controlled release in line with site procedures.
- Oversee parking enforcement activity including monitoring breaches, issuing notices where applicable, and reporting repeat issues.
- Brief staff at shift start on key risks, hotspots, recent incidents, and priorities for the day.
- Maintain accurate logs for patrols, incidents, handovers, and any HSE observations requiring rectification.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in community management, security, or facilities management (FM).
- Experience supervising and training frontline staff in a site-based environment.
- Hands-on experience conducting routine patrols and area inspections across a community or facility.
- Proven capability responding to security incidents and emergencies using clear escalation and control measures.
- Strong incident reporting skills, producing accurate written reports suitable for operational review.
- Experience identifying HSE risks or damages during inspections and reporting them for corrective action.
- Working knowledge of lost-property procedures and parking enforcement within a community or facility setting.
