Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation programs with multiple interdependent workstreams
- Translate strategic objectives into structured program roadmaps with clear milestones and deliverables
- Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks aligned with organizational standards
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies
- Act as the primary interface for senior stakeholders, sponsors, and clients
- Own program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management
- Ensure integrated planning across all program workstreams
- Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and cross-functional delivery teams
- Assess organizational readiness and manage resistance to change
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in program/project management, with proven delivery of complex transformation programs
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, cross-functional, and multi-vendor environments
- Strong leadership skills across complex, multi-stream programs
- Advanced stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities
- Solid expertise in governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and decision-making skills
- High resilience, adaptability, and ability to operate in ambiguous environments
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience delivering large-scale technology programs (Cloud, Digital Transformation, Data/AI, Enterprise Platforms)
- Proven track record working in global or highly matrixed organizations
- Experience driving organizational change and transformation initiatives
- Strong commercial awareness and experience managing contractual obligations
- Certifications: PMP / PgMP; PRINCE2 Practitioner; Other relevant program or portfolio management certifications
