The Complex Program Manager is responsible for leading and delivering large-scale, high-impact programs characterized by complexity and cross-functional dependencies. Key responsibilities include:
- Program Leadership & Delivery: Lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation programs and ensure alignment between program scope, contractual commitments, and business outcomes.
- Governance & Risk Management: Establish governance frameworks and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Stakeholder & Executive Management: Act as the primary interface for senior stakeholders and clients, manage stakeholder expectations and provide executive updates.
- Financial & Commercial Management: Own program financials, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Planning & Execution Oversight: Ensure integrated planning across all program workstreams and monitor performance.
- People Leadership & Capability Development: Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and cross-functional teams.
- Change & Transformation Management: Define and execute change management strategies.

Required Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years in program/project management with experience in complex transformation programs.

- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Strategic thinking with analytical and decision-making skills.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience delivering large-scale technology programs (Cloud, Digital Transformation, etc.).
- Proven track record in global or highly matrixed organizations.
- Relevant certifications (PMP / PgMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner).
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is expected.
