About the Role
This position involves promoting awareness of the brand image both internally and externally. As part of this role, you will employ sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty. You will communicate with potential owners via telephone to set up preview package sales/tours and encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule these tours. Additionally, you will explain details and requirements related to attending sales presentations and verify eligibility for preview package sales/tours before scheduling tours for vacation club properties. You will also have the responsibility of determining and distributing compliments to guests as gifts for their patronage (e.g., rewards points, show tickets). General office duties to support Sales & Marketing will also be part of your responsibilities, including filing, sending emails, typing, and faxing. You will be expected to receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly.

Responsibilities
- Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating, and coaching employees.
- Serve as a role model and the first point of contact in the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
- Anticipate and address guests’ service needs and express genuine appreciation to guests.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others to support team goals.
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
- License or Certification: None required.
