About The Role:
Are you the strategic mastermind who can turn complex aviation regulations into a symphony of safety and performance? In this role, you will partner with teams across Flight Operations, Ground Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance to embed quality, compliance, and accountability into every aspect of the operation, ensuring the highest standards of safety and performance.

  • Establish, implement, and continuously enhance quality management systems and compliance monitoring frameworks to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices.
  • Oversee audits, compliance assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring effective risk management, audit readiness, and the successful closure of findings across all operational areas.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate quality and compliance risks through robust monitoring, transparent reporting, and corrective action plans that safeguard operational integrity and regulatory adherence.
  • Interface with regulatory bodies on compliance-related matters, including securing approvals, responding to regulatory inquiries, managing certifications such as Third Country Operator (TCO) authorization, and representing the organization during audits and inspections.
  • Lead and develop high-performing quality and compliance teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, regulatory excellence, and operational accountability.
  • Promote transparency through performance monitoring, timely escalation of risks and findings, and the effective execution of corrective actions.

About You:
Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 7 years in airline quality assurance and compliance. You are expected to have an in-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices. Familiarity with GACA (General Authority of Civil Aviation) regulations will be an advantage.
