Compliance Platform Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Build the exchange compliance platform and drive conversion performance within compliance regions.
• Oversee multi-end (web/app) compliance platform data monitoring, governance, and conversion rate optimization.
• Identify regional market entry opportunities and develop localized product strategies.
• Manage registration-to-deposit conversion metrics across compliant regions.
• Supervise compliance review and management of multi-region marketing campaigns and activities.

Requirements:

• Strong cross-functional communication skills with proven experience in implementing compliance platform products for exchanges.
• Solid analytical ability to drive growth and conversion in regulated markets.
• Capable of delivering effective solutions with strong execution skills.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English is preferred.
• Skilled in data analysis with independent methodologies for user growth.
