Compromise Assessment Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Compromise Assessment Specialist with over 3 years of experience in detecting and analyzing security breaches, advanced persistent threats (APT), and suspicious activities in enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will conduct deep-dive assessments to identify compromise indicators and provide actionable recommendations to mitigate risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform compromise assessments to uncover malicious activities, anomalies, and indicators of compromise (IOCs).
• Analyze endpoint, network, and log data using advanced forensic and threat-hunting tools.
• Develop comprehensive assessment reports with findings, risk impacts, and remediation strategies.
• Work closely with SOC, incident response, and threat intelligence teams.
• Leverage tools such as EDR, SIEM, and forensic platforms to conduct investigations.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, especially in threat hunting, incident response, or compromise assessments.
• Strong understanding of malware behavior, attack vectors, and detection methodologies.
• Expertise in forensic analysis, log analysis, and IOC development.
• Experience with tools like CrowdStrike, Carbon Black, Splunk, ELK, or equivalent.
• Industry certifications such as GCFA, GCIH, CEH, or CHFI are a plus.
