Computer Systems Specialist

The Computer Systems Specialist is responsible for advising and assisting the Training Wing staff in all matters related to computer systems, programming languages, and networking. The role involves utilizing the Instructional Systems Development (ISD) process to develop courses using a systems approach. Key responsibilities include conducting training in computer systems and networking, ensuring effective implementation and efficient course delivery, advising on computer systems and networks including troubleshooting and optimization, developing and delivering training programs, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations and company policies, continuously improving the quality of training and systems support, managing resources effectively to meet user and organizational needs, and ensuring systems and processes meet agreed timelines and standards.

Location: Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum five years of practical experience in computer systems and networking
• Extensive knowledge of dBase programming, networking, and network security
• Proficient in programming languages including JAVA, C++, SQL, and ASP.NET
• Advanced skills in designing and delivering training programs
• Good communication skills, able to interact with staff at all levels
