Key Accountabilities
The key responsibilities of this role include providing proactive support to the Head of Conduct Risk Management and other team members on all matters, with a focus on the following areas:
Conduct Risk Management Tools:
- Support the business in managing conduct risk incidents and losses.
- Facilitate the identification and assessment of key conduct risk exposures within the organization in accordance with the Conduct Risk Management Framework and related procedural standards.
- Assist in the management of issues and ensure timely implementation of actions.
- Support the identification and assessment of key risk indicators (KRIs) related to conduct risk.
- Update and monitor conduct risk and control assessment using the Operational Risk Management platform (GRC system).
- Collate data for regular reports on conduct risk profiles, analysis, and exposures for management reporting.
- Assist with other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Head of Conduct Risk Management.
Program Management:
- Support the implementation and development of Conduct Risk Management using ORM tools such as Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), incidents management, and issues & actions management.
- Assist in the implementation of Conduct Risk Management policies and procedures.
Specialist Skills and Technical Knowledge
- A relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with co-workers and business stakeholders.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to learn rapidly.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including quantitative and qualitative analysis, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous Experience
- No specific work experience is required; however, a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is mandatory.
- This position is open to UAE National fresh graduates.
