About the Role
In this position, you will support the end-to-end technical review and conformity assessment for various products including Telecom, Wireless, IoT, Electrical, and Electronics. Your role will involve ensuring that all technical files, test reports, declarations, product labels, and certification documents meet regulatory completeness. You will coordinate certification submissions and approvals related to applicable GCC/Middle East schemes while liaising with clients, laboratories, and certification stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.

Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end technical review and conformity assessment for Telecom, Wireless, IoT, Electrical, and Electronics products.
- Review technical files, test reports, declarations, product labels, and certification documents for regulatory completeness.
- Coordinate certification submissions and approvals across applicable GCC/Middle East schemes and client requirements.
- Liaise with clients, laboratories, the company regional teams, and certification stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.
- Show strong technical interpretation, regulatory analysis, and structured documentation review capability.
Requirements
- Knowledge of telecom, wireless, electrical/electronics conformity schemes, approval routes, and market access requirements.
- Ability to assess technical evidence, identify documentation gaps, and coordinate corrective inputs with clients and laboratories.
- Good coordination, reporting, and follow-up skills across regional teams, certification bodies, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom, Communication Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- Exposure to product compliance, conformity assessment, regulatory certification, or technical documentation review preferred.
- Analytical and detail-oriented profile with the ability to interpret standards, test evidence, and certification requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for client coordination, laboratory follow-up, and internal reporting.
Additional Information
- 2–4 years’ experience in product compliance, conformity assessment, certification support, or technical documentation review.
- Exposure to telecom, wireless, IoT, electrical/electronics product categories and related GCC/Middle East approval schemes.
- Understanding of applicable schemes such as type approval, G-Mark, ECAS, SABER, IECEE, RoHS, or energy efficiency programs preferred.
- Ability to review compliance evidence, identify gaps, follow up with clients/labs, and support timely certification submissions.
