We are seeking a Connectivity & Network Practice Lead who is a proven thought leader with a deep understanding of the connectivity industry. You will collaborate with existing teams to enhance performance and develop talent and capabilities within the practice. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong executive presence, and the ability to create new value propositions while opening new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate a compelling practice vision and strategy aligned with business growth and client impact.
  • Shape offerings and go-to-market propositions across the connectivity and network domain (e.g., Telco Core & cloud, Infrastructure, 5G, OSS/BSS Transformation, mission-critical networks, AI).
  • Grow the practice by sourcing and developing new business opportunities in partnership with account teams and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead client technology engagements utilizing thought leadership and industry expertise.
  • Manage people by building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing teams; driving skills development and succession planning.
  • Establish governance and knowledge management to accelerate learning and reuse.
  • Represent the practice with a strong executive presence in client and internal leadership forums and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Define KPIs for talent growth, capability maturity, innovation, and commercial performance and transparently report progress.

Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in connectivity and networking, with a strong focus on leadership, practice building, and business growth.
  • Proven ability to shape business strategy, generate opportunities, and influence senior stakeholders.
  • 6+ years of people leadership experience, including team building, coaching, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with an emphasis on business value and strategic alignment.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Leadership, Agile, or coaching certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP, ITIL, Gallup Clifton Strengths).
