Connectivity & Network Practice Lead

We are seeking a Connectivity & Network Practice Lead who is a thought leader with deep knowledge of the connectivity industry. This role involves shaping the practice and partnering with teams to enhance performance while developing talent and capabilities across the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial mindset, strong executive presence, and the ability to create value propositions and new business opportunities. Key responsibilities will include:

• Defining and communicating a compelling vision and strategy focused on business growth and client impact.
• Shaping offerings and go-to-market strategies within the connectivity and network domain (e.g., Telco Core & Cloud, Infrastructure, 5G, OSS/BSS Transformation, mission-critical networks, AI).
• Growing the practice through new business opportunities alongside account teams and partnerships.
• Leading client technology engagements and providing thought leadership.
• Managing and mentoring high-performing teams while supporting skills development and career pathways.
• Establishing governance and knowledge management frameworks to enhance learning and reuse.
• Acting as a trusted advisor and representing the practice in leadership forums.
• Defining and transparently reporting KPIs related to talent growth, capability maturity, innovation, and commercial performance.
