Responsibilities
- Guide clients through property purchases and investment opportunities in Dubai.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Analyze market trends and provide clients with up-to-date information on property listings.
- Achieve sales targets and close deals effectively.
- Engage in negotiations on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms.
- Collaborate with team members while also being able to work independently.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai/UAE real estate or luxury sales.
- Native French speaker or possess near-native French proficiency.
- Excellent verbal communication and client presentation skills in French.
- Strong understanding of Dubai's property market, particularly in property sales and off-plan sales.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build client relationships.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
