Responsibilities
- Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews for periodic KYC refresh activities.
- Verify customer identification, account info, residency, employment, and business activities.
- Review customer account behavior and transaction activity for consistency.
- Assess customer risk ratings and identify changes requiring escalation.
- Validate CDD information and maintain accurate records in bank systems.
- Identify missing documentation, discrepancies, and compliance concerns.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to obtain additional information.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of the remediation cycle.
- Maintain productivity and quality, balancing case processing and compliance.
- Meet monthly performance metrics for case completion, accuracy, and timeliness.
Requirements
- Well-versed with systems: PEGA, SSP, Finacle, BPM, Factiva, FIRCO, OWC, Watchlist, SIGCAP.
- Knowledge of policies and procedures for Business Banking ARC unit activities.
- Minimum bachelor's degree.
- Experience in Periodic Review/Transaction Processing for HRAR BB ARC unit.
- Prior experience in banking or back-office processing.
- Excellent knowledge of Entity Periodic Review/Transaction Processing policies.
- Advanced knowledge of Ms. Office and excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
