As a member of the Data & AI team, you will focus on advisory services related to AI Engineering and Generative AI (GenAI). You will design, build, and operationalize scalable AI solutions using modern MLOps pipelines and cloud-native technologies. Your work will include integrating large language models (LLMs), automating workflows with GenAI, and embedding AI capabilities into business processes. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to ensure that AI-driven solutions align with strategic goals and deliver tangible business impacts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage up to two projects alongside senior business leaders to help clients define an AI-driven FAAS strategy.
- Drive AI use-case realization, including LLM and GenAI applications, and MLOps implementation.
- Ensure timely delivery in compliance with regulatory requirements and effective execution of the FAAS service delivery framework.
- Monitor engagement team performance against budget while evaluating emerging AI trends and innovative tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with approximately 3 to 4 years of related work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a global consulting firm.
- Practical experience in AI and ML development with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Hands-on experience in building and fine-tuning LLMs and designing MLOps pipelines.
- Exposure to GenAI use cases such as document summarization, chatbots, and intelligent assistants.
- Domain knowledge in Government, Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, or Telecom.
- Understanding of data privacy, ethical AI, and responsible AI principles.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice.
Preferred:
- Track record with a leading consulting firm.
- Experience with GenAI tooling ecosystems (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock).
- Proficiency in the Arabic language.
