As an AI Engineering professional, you will help organizations unlock value by designing, building, and operationalizing scalable AI solutions using modern MLOps pipelines and cloud-native technologies. Your tasks will include integrating large language models (LLMs), automating workflows with GenAI, and embedding AI capabilities into business processes. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to ensure that AI-driven solutions are aligned with strategic goals and deliver tangible business impact.
This position will be based in Dubai and will support client engagements across the MENA region, with occasional travel as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage up to two projects, collaborating with senior business leaders to define AI-driven FAAS strategies addressing risk and maximizing technology value.
- Help clients realize business value through AI use cases, including LLMs, GenAI applications, and MLOps implementation.
- Ensure timely delivery in compliance with regulatory requirements, and monitor engagement team performance against budgets.
- Stay informed of emerging AI trends, evaluate innovative AI/GenAI tools, and support business development efforts.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree and approximately 3 to 4 years of related work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a global consulting firm.
- Practical experience in AI/ML development using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Experience with building and fine-tuning LLMs using frameworks like LangChain, HuggingFace, or OpenAI APIs.
- Designing MLOps pipelines, AI solution architecture, and deploying AI models in production.
- Understanding of GenAI use cases such as document summarization, chatbots, intelligent assistants, and code generation.
Language Requirement:
Proficiency in the Arabic language is ideal.
