About the Role
Responsible for administering, configuring, and continuously improving the ServiceNow platform to support HR and IT service delivery. This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements across functions and translating them into effective application solutions, integrations, and process improvements. The consultant will provide functional and technical support across enterprise applications, ensuring system reliability and performance, and contribute to application enhancements, testing, reporting, documentation, and the delivery of efficient, secure, and business-aligned technology solutions.

Responsibilities
- Administer the ServiceNow platform day to day — including managing users, groups, roles, ACLs, notifications, scheduled jobs, MID Servers, and instance health — and keep it current through family upgrades, patching, and instance clones.
- Configure and extend ServiceNow using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Service Catalog items; manage update sets and controlled promotion from sub-production to production.
- Administer and enhance ServiceNow HR Service Delivery — including HR case management, lifecycle events, Employee Center, knowledge bases, and employee document management — working directly with the HR function.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) — required or to be obtained within the first six months.
- Preferred: CIS–HR (HR Service Delivery), CIS–ITSM, Certified Application Developer (CAD).
