We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Consultant to join our team, focusing on JavaScript development, business intelligence, and workflow optimization. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. A basic knowledge of ARIS BPM (modeling, scripting, or dashboards) is a plus.
Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions:
- Hybrid working model, allowing for up to 60% remote work.
- Full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in modeling, analyzing, and optimizing business processes using ARIS BPM.
- Contribute to the development of ARIS reports using JavaScript and ARIS APIs.
- Help develop and maintain BI dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Support the analysis and design of workflows to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English.
- Assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues.
- Participate in creating and maintaining technical documentation and training materials.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of JavaScript and basic coding practices.
- Basic experience in creating and managing BI dashboards (Power BI or Tableau).
- Familiarity with workflow development and process design.
- Exposure to gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Some exposure to ARIS BPM or similar process modeling tools is advantageous.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, with clear communication skills.
- Basic analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
